Two performance groups from Glenbrook South High School were invited to open at a convention featuring the Grammy award winning rock-and-roll band “Chicago” on Monday, October 10.

Vocal jazz ensemble “Scat That!” and rock band “The Nois” performed at the 98th Annual Mortgage Banker’s Convention and Expo held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

“Chicago” performed the following day. Both GBS musical groups performed songs that celebrated our city and the band “Chicago" such as “Sweet Home Chicago” and “25 or 6  to 24.”
