My son has been a member of the Glenbrook South Marching Titans for 4 years. Greg Wojick is an outstanding educator and muscian who teaches his students not only how to be outstanding muscians but excellent students and upstanding members of the GBS and Glenview Communities. Being in the marching band has been the best experience my child could of had. Best of luck in the finals for this prestigeous award Mr. Wojick.

"Woj" as he is known by most, represents educators at their absolute best. Tough, but compassionate, friendly and respectful, but an authority not to be messed with, he has the highest standards of teaching and pushes the kids to do more than they thought they themselves could do. The amount of hours he (and his team) dedicate, standing in cold wet weather, is something I have often thought was beyond what the normal educator would ever do. He has rallied students, educators and parents around him with his charisma and excellent management capabilities. And everyone has fun! He is the complete package and deserves this and any other award recognizing commitment and excellence in education and teaching. Go WOJ!! MJ Barberis
