Glenview Blotter: Alleged Retail Thief Also Gets Charged with Battery and More

Glenview PD arrests Feb. 13 - Feb. 14. The following arrest information was supplied by the Glenview Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Retail Theft
On Feb. 13 at 2 p.m., Boris Goldberg, 59, of Wheeling, IL was arrested in the 1900 block of Tower Dr. and charged with retail theft and battery. He was released on a $1,000.00 D bond. His court date was set for March 8.

No Valid Driver’s License
On Feb. 14 at 1:20 p.m., Shanae Webb, 20, of Milwaukee, WI was arrested in the 1900 block of Landwehr Rd. and charged with no valid driver’s license, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Speeding. She was released on a $2,000.00 D bond. Her court date was set for March 8.

Retail Theft
On Feb. 14 at 3:47 p.m., Merry Clift, 41, of Salt Lake City, UT and Elaine Gibson, 63, of Wheeling, IL were arrested in the 2200 block of Willow Rd. and charged with retail theft. Clift was released on a $1,000.00 D bond. Her court date was set for March 8. Gibson was transported to court on Feb. 15 for a bond hearing.

A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; defendants listed here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
