Glenview Police: Stolen Identity, Stolen Rocks
A summary of recent police incidents in Glenview.
The following reports were provided by the Glenview Police Department. Arrests and charges are accusations and do not indicate guilt.
On Nov. 28 around 11:00 p.m., Matthew Perry, male, 34, of Glenview, was arrested on the 2500 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no valid driver’s license and speeding, according to police. Police say he was released on a $3,000.00 bond.
On Dec. 1, a resident on the 200 block of Montgomery Ln. reported someone used their credit card number to make unauthorized purchases in November, according to police. That day, an LCD projector they had not purchased was delivered to their home, police say.
On Dec. 1, someone on the 1000 block of Burton Terrace reported $100.00 worth of decorative rocks had gone missing, according to police.
On Dec. 2, someone reported a rear tire on their car was punctured while it was parked on the 700 block of Becker Rd., according to police.
On Dec. 2, a resident on the 2200 block of Colfax Ave. reported the screen on a door leading to an enclosed porch had been cut, police say. It’s unknown if entry to the porch was made, according to police.
