Or maybe a few snow plows? I noticed that all the roads around the Glen are scrapped clean and running water whereas East Lake, Waukegan and all the roads in the less affluent areas are an unplowed mess. I guess we wouldn't want special Billy's sixty year old trust fund baby parents to slip and break a hip getting him on the short bus?

What exactly will that money buy?....information about these homes is for education, history, what? I agree with the above comments our government wastes money when there are so many more useful ways for it to be spent or how about not wasted in this case?
