This week, Patch readers weighed in on their favorite way to spend a night on the town, Glenview style.
Whether it’s sipping a glass of wine at the Glen, catching the newest flick or vibing to live music, there are plenty of ways to get out and kick back close to home.

The Laughing Chameleon, 1830 Tower Dr., took top prize, nabbing 55 percent of reader votes. With 38 percent of votes cast, Flight Wine Bar was second favorite with Glenview readers.
A full-service comedy, magic and variety club, The Laughing Chameleon opened their doors in late December.
Already a hit in show-biz with the “quick change” fashion-magic act he conducts with wife Dania, Glenview resident David Maas told Patch he co-founded the club to serve an under-developed market—an entertainment-hungry North Shore audience looking for an alternative to driving to downtown Chicago or other far reaches of the metropolitan area.
