Niles DMV Refuses To Test Woman, 94, Friday
The Glenview woman drove to the Illinois Secretary of State testing facility, but was told to come back because 'too hot.'
Illinois requires drivers over the age of 87 to renew their driver's licenses every year.
Elizabeth Philipp was trying to do just that when she drove from her Glenview home to the Secretary of State's testing station in Niles' Four Flaggs Shopping Center at Golf Road and Milwaukee Avenue Friday. It was about 91 degrees out, down from Thursday's high of near 100 degrees.
But when the tester learned the air conditioning wasn't functioning, he told her to come back another day, according to chicago.cbslocal.com.

Good! No one over the age of like 80 needs to be driving anyway. Keep them off the road!
