North Branch Pizza & Burger Co. Offers Classic Favorites with a Twist
The new Glenview dining spot serves up specialty pizzas plus customer favorites including a Louisiana fried chicken and homemade coleslaw with horseradish.
Glenview has a new spot for pizza, burgers and a whole lot more.
North Branch Pizza & Burger Co., 4520 W. Lake Ave., opened its doors late last month and offers fare you’d expect (pizza and burgers!) and a bevy of hidden gems you would not.

From thick-stacked burgers with fried pickles and all the fixings to Wisconsin four-cheese mac and cheese with smoked bacon and chili sauce, the menu offers old favorites and variety, general manager Dan Mataragas said in a recent Glenview Announcements article.
Nick Philippas, the owner of North Branch, owns a second Glenview restraurant specializing in Asian cuisine. Moon Wok, 1615 N. Milwaukee Rd., opened in 2010.
The 220-seat restaurant space—which previously housed Gulliver’s Pizza & Pub-- also offers an outdoor patio, bar and party room. Catering will be available soon.
“People have been coming in, excited to see us. So many well-wishers,” Mataragas told Announcements.
