We here in the Chicago area love to kvetch about the weather - whether it's too hot, too cold - we never find that it's just right!

But we never seem to talk about what we do to keep comfy when the temperature is almost at the intensity that can fry an egg on the sidewalk (which I tried once by the way: it really doesn't work. It just frizzled).
