Battery
On Aug, 9 at 12:20 a.m., Rigoberto Miranda-Dominguez, 29, of Glenview, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Lake Ave. and charged with battery.  He was released on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 29.

Theft
On Aug. 8 at 7:30 p.m., James Charleston, 51, of Waukegan, was arrested at the Lake County Correctional Facility, 25 S. Martin Luther King Dr., Waukegan, on a Cook County warrant issued for his arrest for theft. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on Feb. 6 in the 1900 block of East Lake Ave.  He was transported to court on Aug. 9 for a bond hearing.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
On Aug. 8 at 9:49 p.m., James Conrad, 27, of Glenview, was arrested in the 1100 block of Vernon Dr. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.  He was released on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 13.
