Police Blotter: Criminal Trespass, Deceptive Practices, DUI, Domestic Battery

Glenview PD arrests Jan. 28 – Feb. 2

 

Unlicensed Driving
Jan. 28 at 1:32 p.m.

After a traffic crash investigation in the 1200 block of Waukegan Road, officers charged Elzbieta Targonska, 35, of Mount Prospect, with driving without a valid driver’s license.  Targonska was released on $1,500 I bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 16.  

Criminal Trespass
Jan. 28 at 5:33 p.m.

Diana Dobobrov, 25, of Northbrook, was charged with criminal trespass at Von Maur, 1960 Tower Drive, after learning she had received a trespass notice for all Von Maur stores originating at the St. Charles branch. Dobobrov was released on $1000 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 10.

DUI
Jan. 28 at 9:41 p.m.

Officers charged Terri H. Jarvis, 55, of Wilmette, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while breath alcohol concentration greater than .08 and improper lane use after a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Lake Avenue. Jarvis was released on $1000 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 11.

Deceptive Practices
Jan. 31 at 12:30 a.m.

Zygmunt M. Robak, 46, of Minooka, Il. was charged on an original Glenview PD arrest warrant for deceptive practices obtained by detectives after they investigated a check presented on an underfunded checking account to Abt Electronics, 1200 Milwaukee Avenue. Officers arrested Robak at Grundy County Jail and at bond hearing on Jan. 31, a Cook County Judge set Robak’s bond at $20,000.D. He is schedule to appear in court on Feb. 4.

Domestic Battery
Jan. 31 at 10:50 p.m.

Officers charged Edward D. Noeh, 50, of Glenview, with domestic battery after he made contact of an insulting or provoking nature with an extended family member. Noeh was released on $10,000 I bond set by a judge at bond hearing on Feb. 1. Noeh is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.  

Feb. 2 at 7:35 p.m.

Elizabeth A. Ficarelli, 43, of Glenview, was charged with domestic battery after she caused minor injuries to a family member. Ficarelli is being held in custody at Cook County Jail and bond was set at an unknown amount by a judge at a bond hearing. Ficarelli is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.

A criminal charge represents an accusation; defendants named are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
