Disorderly Conduct
Dec. 8 at 11:00 a.m.
Officers charged Ryan N. Ricco, 18, of Northbrook with felony disorderly conduct and illegal possession of fireworks after he threatened to bring a bomb to either Glenbrook South High School or Glenbrook North High School while messaging on Facebook. Ricco's bond was set at $250,000.00 D by a judge at bond hearing on Dec. 9.He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 27.
Retail Theft
Dec. 8 at 8:36 p.m.
Officers charged Alma M. Brown, 35, and James E. Tillman, 18, both of Chicago, with retail theft and criminal trespass to a motor vehicle. Brown was also charged with obstructing identification. While investigating the retail theft at Von Maur, 1960 Tower Road, officers learned that Brown and Tillman possessed a vehicle stolen in Chicago. Both were released on $1000.00 D bond and are scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.
Leaving Scene of a Property Damage Accident
Dec. 11 at 10:21 p.m.
Juan G. Blancas-Cruz, 52, of Des Plaines was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident after he struck another vehicle at Abt, 1200 Milwaukee Avenue, and left the scene. Blancas-Cruz was released on $1000.00 I bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 14.
A criminal charge represents an accusation. Defendants named are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
