Driving While License Suspended
On Aug. 4 at 6:25 p.m. Jorge Del Valle-Castro, 43, of Chicago, was arrested in the 1300 block of Patriot Blvd. and charged with driving while license suspended. He was released on a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 27.

No Valid Driver’s License
On Aug. 5 at 3 p.m., Israel Hernandez, 26, of Highwood, was arrested in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with no valid driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on a $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 20.

Driving While License Suspended
On Aug. 5  at 11:59 p.m. Luis Hernandez, 18, of Glenview, was arrested in the 2500 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal when required. He was released on a $1,500 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 27. 

Forgery
On Aug. 1 at 3 p.m. Marlu Lim, 32, of Des Plaines, was arrested in the 600 block of Lyman Ave. (in Des Plaines) and charged with forgery. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on April 12 in the 2000 block of Valley Lo Ln. He was transported to court on Aug. 2, appeared before a judge and received a $5,000 bond. His next court date is schedule fort Aug. 19.

Domestic Battery
On Aug 1 at 11:13 a.m. Gina Kosmatka, 20, of Niles, was arrested in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with domestic battery and criminal damage. The charges are related to an incident that occurred on July 29 in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Ave.  She was transported to court on Aug. 2, appeared before a judge and received a $35,000 bond.  Her court date was set for Aug. 13.

Driving While License Suspended
On Aug. 2 at 1:51 a.m., Juan Vazquez, 21, of Chicago, was arrested in the 1500 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released on a $1,500 and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 14. 

Forgery
On July 30 at 2 p.m. hours, John Marstellar, 44, of Chicago Ridge, was arrested at the Cook County District #2 Courthouse, 5600 Old Orchard Rd., and charged with forgery.  The charge is related to an incident that occurred on May 9 in the 2200 block of Willow Rd. Bond was set at $20,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 14.

Warrant
On July 30 at 6:10 p.m., Leonard Reinebach, 20, of Niles, was arrested in the 1700 block of Dempster St. in Park Ridge on a Cook County Warrant for disorderly conduct. The warrant was related to an incident that occurred on March 14 in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Rd.  He was transported to court on July 31 for a bond hearing.

A criminal charge represents an accusation; defendants named above are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
