Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
On Aug. 27 at 4:29 a.m., Anita Patel, 23, of Des Plaines, was arrested in the 700 block of Greenwood Rd. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disobeyed traffic control device. She was released on a $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct.

Driving While License Suspended
On Aug. 28 at 8:05 p.m., Vanessa Martinez, 35, of Glenview, was arrested in the 600 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with driving while license suspended. She was released on a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 2.

On Aug. 28 at 11:05 p.m., Jeremy Mueller, 35, of Elmwood Park, Il. was arrested in the 900 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with driving while license suspended and muffler-loud, excessive noise. He was released on a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 4.
Driving Under the Influence –Drugs or Combination of Drugs
On Aug. 29 at 12:10 a.m., Timothy Bauer, 19, of Niles, was arrested in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with driving under the influence – drugs or combination of drugs, possession of cannabis, disobeyed a traffic control device, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driver’s license not on person, and obstructed windshield or front side window. He was released on a $3,000 bond and scheduled to appear before a judge later in the day.
A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; defendants named above are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
