Dragon Inn North on Waukegan has always been my favorite Chinese restaurant in Glenview.

Have ordered exclusively from Kim's for years now. We love it (and Helen!)!

Depends what you're in the mood for. Young's is the best "old fashioned" cantonese Chinese food if you want egg roll, lo mein, egg foo yung, beef and broccoli, etc. Szechwan North is amazing for "new" Chinese food - they have a stir fry fish that's unbelievable, scallion pancakes, and spicy eggplant that's craveable! Plus the Koo family is just wonderful and supportive to the community.

Loralee - no matter what you think about Tatami - it's still Japanese, not Chinese :-)

Szechwan North has the best Sesame Chicken, our family really loves it as well as the Chicken Fried Rice. My son especially enjoys the Tofu. It's a great place to eat, so convenient and everyone is so friendly! Yum!

Szechwan North does the absolutely BEST job with their sauces; not too thick, spicy or sweet but just right every time. Also they don't drown your meal in it! Food is served super fresh, straight out of the wok. Yum!

When ever I'm in the Northshore, I always go to Szechwan North - healthy, delicious Chinese food, is not always easy to find. Convenient location too. Lunch time buffet is a great option for quick convenient lunches.
