Performing Adele's 'Set Fire to the Rain,' Iliana Incandela won the Chicago portion of the national singing competition featuring Gloria Estefan. She will compete in L.A. with singers from across the country for a recording contract with Atlantic Records.

As a performer, Glenview’s Iliana Incandela is used to all eyes on her. So, when the CW’s The Next aired Sept. 6, she had no problem taking center stage at The Vic Theater and owning it.

Iliana won the Chicago portion of the national singing competition—executive produced by Queen Latifah—which features celebrity judges Gloria Estefan, Nelly, Joe Jonas and John Rich as 'mentors' to the asipiring stars.
She will advance to final rounds in Los Angeles where she will compete against other singers from cities across the country for a recording contract with Atlantic Records.
