Since February is Heart Health Awareness month, take care of yours and those you love by attending a free workshop at The Vitamin Shoppe in Skokie and is being put on by The Wellness Source of Glenview. This informative talk is completely free and they will be sharing with you tips that will save your life and the lives of those you know. The workshop is being held at The Vitamin Shoppe, on 9410 Skokie Blvd at 12pm on Saturday, Feb. 26 and will take 1 hour.
