Enjoy an energizing start to your day with YMCA Sunrise Yoga at the Northbrook Farmers Market. Beginning July 11, Y yoga instructors will lead groups on the lawn adjacent to the market every Wednesday morning at 7:15. No registration required; just bring your mat and join in!
