DESCRIPTION:Come join us for this&nbsp\;special Yin Yoga&nbsp\;practice i
 n&nbsp\;conjunction with the&nbsp\;full moon. A Yin&nbsp\;practice moves
  at a&nbsp\;slower pace than&nbsp\;the popular Yang&nbsp\;practice. It f
 ocuses&nbsp\;on moon salutations&nbsp\;and poses are held&nbsp\;for 3 -5
  minutes.&nbsp\;This allows us to&nbsp\;relax the muscles&nbsp\;and work
  deeper&nbsp\;into the connective&nbsp\;tissue. A Yin&nbsp\;practice is 
 a perfect&nbsp\;compliment to the&nbsp\;traditional&nbsp\;muscular and&n
 bsp\;energetic Yang&nbsp\;practice. It is also&nbsp\;excellent for cycli
 sts\,&nbsp\;runners\, and&nbsp\;athletes as well as&nbsp\;those new to y
 oga.&nbsp\;You will leave the&nbsp\;workshop feeling&nbsp\;renewed and&n
