DESCRIPTION:The Northbrook Arts Commission presents "Gig at the Y!"\, a f
 ree  outdoor concert series on Tuesday nights at the North Suburban YMCA
  in  Northbrook. The August 7 concert will feature Top 40 hits from the 
 band  Out of Control\, with food available for purchase from Little Loui
 e's.  The music starts at 6:30 pm. Bring a blanket and come ready to dan
 ce!\nDirections: Due  to eastbound construction closures on Techny Road\
 , visitors coming from  Pfingsten Road should turn east on Koepke Road (
 two blocks north of  Pfingsten). From Koepke\, turn right on Birch Road 
 and proceed to Techny  Road. Turn right on Techny and then make an immed
 iate left into the Y's  parking lot.\nFuture concerts include the Nightc
 rawlers blues band on August 14\, and People of Swing on August 21. For
