Nearly 100 years ago, a series of innovative shows at a tiny theatre in Manhattan gave birth to the American Musical Comedy. We'll recreate the era and play some of the delightful, melodious songs written by Kern and his collaborators. This presentation, led by Charles Troy, was devised with the invaluable input and feedback of Kern aficionado and North Shore Senior Center member, Richard Smock.
