Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter grief support groups, workshops and events provide a non-judgmental, confidential outlet for adults and youth who are grieving the loss of a loved one, whether by illness or trauma.

Navigating Grief: Finding Your Bearings After a Loss

Facilitated by a licensed counselor, this special one-session program is for individuals who have recently lost a loved one. As you begin the journey through grief, you may have questions, fears and concerns about what lies ahead. Education and support can be helpful to you during this time. Topics include normal grief reactions, coping mechanisms and what to expect.
