DESCRIPTION:Explore the colorful world of Rachel Wetzler\, a local quilt 
 artist from St. Charles\, Illinois\, as she shares her personal quilting
  journey with her presentation &ldquo\;That&rsquo\;s My Story&rdquo\; on
  Thursday\, November 15 at the meeting of the Northwest Suburban Quilter
 s Guild at Concorde Banquets in Kildeer\, Illinois.\nRachel is the winne
 r of the 2007 American Quilter&rsquo\;s Society&rsquo\;s &ldquo\;Best Wa
 ll Quilt&rdquo\; and has won numerous national and international shows. 
 Her lecture and trunk show will cover dozens of her quilts of various st
 yles and sizes and the stories behind each quilt. Rachel&rsquo\;s quilts
  are characterized by strong visual impact\, symmetry and bold use of co
 lor\, complex original designs and attention to detail. Learn how her cr
 eativity is drawn from nature\, faith\, ancient ornamental designs and a
 rchitecture.\nDoors open at 6:30 p.m. for socializing and shopping. Quil
 t in Joy from Huntley\, Illinois will be the evening&rsquo\;s fabric mer
 chant. Cost for non-member guest is $7. Workshops are not available for
