Access to Care is open for new Patients

Access to Care is a 26 year old non-profit primary health care program.  The program is in the enviable position of having open patient slots.  With the full implementation of the Affordable Care Act, many Access to Care patients are now eligible for Medicaid.    Access to Care can serve those people that do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare due to immigration status.

Access to Care can also serve those individuals with incomes from 133% to 300% of the federal poverty level,  live in suburban Cook County or northwest Chicago and have insurance with a high deductible.  Many times the deductible is a barrier to seeking primary health care services. Primary health care is the first line of defense against major illness.
