Glenview Resident Co-Authors Article in Illinois Bar Journal

The Hon. Gino L. DiVito, of Glenview, and Brian C. Haussmann and John M. Fitzgerald, all partners at the law firm of Tabet DiVito & Rothstein LLC, in Chicago, are the authors of “New Limits on Subject Matter Waiver of Attorney-Client Privilege,” an article which appears in the July 2013 issue of the Illinois Bar Journal, the monthly magazine of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). 

In the article, the authors provide an analysis of Illinois Rule of Evidence 502 and the Center Partners, which set important new limits on the doctrine of subject matter waiver of attorney-client privilege.
