LifeSource, Chamber to Celebrate Donor Center Open House/Blood Drive June 4

The Glenview Chamber of Commerce and LifeSource will hold an open house/blood drive from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, at the LifeSource Donor Center, 2510 Waukegan Road. There will be light food and beverages for guests.

LifeSource reports that the summer months are historically a time when blood supplies are low, and more donors are needed based on patient needs. Although donors should get some well-deserved, summer time off, the need for blood donations continues.
