Township Food Pantry Benefits from Festival of Trees Contest

The winner of this year’s Festival of Trees at the Golf Mill Shopping Center in Niles was St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Niles. The church cast 1,039 “votes” for its tree by donating food items.

All donations totaled nearly 2,400 items which went to the Maine Township Food Pantry which serves all areas of the Township. The trophy and a Sears gift card were presented on Dec. 18.
