Willow Creek Church Construction Review Delayed
The Glenview Plan Commission will hear development updates for the northwest corner of West Lake Avenue and Shermer Road in August.
The Glenview Plan Commission will not review the two developments proposed for the 41 acre lot at the northwest corner of West Lake Avenue and Shermer Road on July 9 as previously planned.
The lot, a former Navy property now known as Parcel 24, was sold to Willow Creek Community Church, which intends to build a one-story, 75,000-square-foot worship facility on about 12 acres on the south end of the parcel, and ER James Partners, which wants to build 171 residential units on nearly 30 acres, according to a village release.
The Plan Commission will review the proposed developments for the area on Tuesday, August 13 at 7:00 p.m. instead.
