1st annual AppleCor Dance For ALS

Kobi Dvora Pays Tribute to Mother-in-Law’s Memory with AppleCor Dance For ALS Fundraiser

Drawing on the Family’s Love of Dance, the Event will be Held at Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Glenview on June 24

In the past several months, Chicago resident Kobi Dvora has been striving to improve his ballroom dancing and perfect his salsa moves.  As a student at Arthur Murray Dance Studio, Kobi has deepened his appreciation for dancing and considers this art form to be a perfect way to pay tribute to his mother-in-law Corinne Goldstein who passed away from ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, in September 2008.  On June 24, Kobi will host the 1st Annual Apple Cor Dance4ALS event featuring a professional dance performance followed by an opportunity for guests to enjoy a lesson. The event will be held from 4 – 7p.m. at Arthur Murray Dance Studio, 1328 Waukegan Rd. in Glenview and the ticket price is a suggested donation of $20. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Les Turner ALS Foundation.
