Farmers Market at Wagner Farm - OPENING DAY
Welcome back to another great season at the Glenview Farmers Market!
Our Opening Day Event at 9 am includes brief welcoming remarks and the singing of the national anthem, followed by a PARADE OF ANIMALS through the market, presented by the Wagner Farm 4-H Club.
Find a bounty of seasonal fruits and vegetables, a delightful selection of flowers, homemade jellies and preserves, artisan breads, fresh-baked goods and other items grown and produced by area farmers and brought fresh to your table.

The market takes place every Saturday from 8 am-noon, June 23-October 13, 2012, in the lot directly opposite the Wagner Farmhouse.

• The Green Table a community environmental resource cosponsored by the Glenview Natural Resources Commission and the Glenview Park District whose goal is to promote conversation about and education on sustainable living. Themes change weekly.
• The Chef’s Table highlights local chefs doing cooking demonstrations using produce purchased at the market. Stop by and learn new ways to prepare your seasonal foods!
• The Community Table features local non-profit groups. Stop by to learn more about the different organizations in your community.
• Plus live entertainment, kids activities and nutritious recipes!
Free parking is available in the parking lot of the St. Peter and Paul Church at the corner of Lake and Wagner Roads.
