I'm starting to put some thought into what I will be cooking for our Christmas Eve dinner. In the past few years I have made a beautiful dinner that consists of Black Peppered Beef Tenderloin, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, grilled asparagus and rolls. I need some new and fresh dinner ideas.
