55-Year-Old Glenview Optometry Practice Has New Owner

Dr. Jerome Agrest, 85, wanted to sell his practice to someone professional and warm, Glenview Announcement reports.

Glenview optometrist Dr. Jerome Agrest, 85, started the search for the next owner of Carillon Vision Care about three years ago because he wanted someone who was not only professionally qualified but also warm and cared about patents the way he does, Glenview Announcement reports.

Agrest found that special person in Dr. Andrew Neukirch, a Kansas native with a Doctorate from Indiana University--Neukirch visited more than 50 offices in the Midwest during his search to buy an established practice, the newspaper reported.
