After Safeway announced last week that it was selling all 72 of it's Chicago-area Dominick's stores, the Dominick's in the Glen has already been snapped up by Jewel-Osco.
The store will probably operate as a Dominick's until late December, then be renamed and rebranded as a Jewel, a Safeway spokesperson told Patch Friday.
