Glenview House Teams Up with Four Roses for Coursed Dinner During Chicago's WhiskyFest Week

Glenview House prides itself on working with smaller production distilleries from all over the country and is thrilled to be partnering with Four Roses Bourbon for an exquisite dinner this March. Chef Grant Slauterbeck has put together a four-course menu to pair perfectly with the award winning bourbon complimenting the smooth, mellow taste that has become the signature of the Four Roses Brand.

Brand Ambassador, Al Young, will be on-hand that evening to talk about his 40 year career in the distilling industry and share his wealth of knowledge on maintaining the bourbon barrels through aging. Young has been with Four Roses for over 17 years and is currently writing a book on the history of the brand. Chef Slauterbeck will also be on-hand at the event, describing the flavor profile of each course.
