This Mother’s Day, Spend Lunch and Dinner at Glenview House

Visit downtown Glenview this Mother’s Day and let the wafts of roasted garlic, prepared special for the day, lead you to Glenview House. Beginning at 11 a.m., the restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner serving their regular menu and Mother’s Day specials. Chef Grant Slauterbeck will be offering two specials dedicated to how his mother likes to eat on her special day- local, light and fresh. Guests can feast on Nichol’s Farm Asparagus Salad with purple and green asparagus, shaved shallot, pine nuts, poached egg and smoked Meyer lemon vinaigrette ($9) or Pan Seared Alaskan Halibut with prosciutto and fava bean ragout, wild arugula and sun-dried tomato jus ($24). Each table will be presented with house made roasted garlic as well, the perfect sweet and decadent way to start your meal at Glenview House. For more information, visit www.theglenviewhouse.com.
