How did the business come to be?

We felt the need for a community yoga studio in Glenview for friends and family to gather. Partners Dolly and owner Vanessa were both traveling out of Glenview to practice their yoga.

What is your business best known for?

Traditional non-competitive yoga for a healthy body and mind, offered in an atmosphere that promotes our wonderful community. Our Glenview community is just a small part of an even exponentially larger world and if we can do our part to provide a warm and inviting place whereby our friends and neighbors can become more grounded, at peace, introspective, happy, healthy and loving, we will have reached our goals. We welcome all to our yoga community in our humble studio. 

How did you choose the area you did for your business?

Owners have lived in Glenview for nearly 30 years. We felt a need to create a warm and inviting place for our community to gather and reap the benefits of yoga to help create a healthy life.  

What is something most people don’t know about your business?

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

We offer discounted rates to students, seniors, and discounted rates with purchases of 10, 20 and unlimited monthly class cards. We also offer kids yoga 8-13 yrs at a special rate.
