A new, 33-unit apartment structure called Riverforest Apartments was the topic of discussion at a recent Glenview Plan Commission meeting, possibly to occupy the space between 1160 and 1200 Waukegan Road, the Chicago Tribune reports.
The proposed building would be across from Glenview Village Hall, on Waukegan Road, north of Glenview, and offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments ranging from $2,000 per month to about $3,000, according to the Chicago Tribune.
