What Should Open at Glenview Road and Harms?

The corner of Glenview and Harms roads is a gateway between Glenview and Skokie, and an entrance to the Harms Woods bike trail. 

For years, the northeast corner of that intersection had a three unit strip mall with a small convenience store where bikers and hikers could make a decent pit stop without getting too far off the trail.

The strip mall is still there, but the convenience store closed down a few years ago and a gas station across the street now offers the forest preserve crowd all their snacking needs. A nail salon and dry cleaners still occupy the two of the three strip mall units, but the corner store remains vacant. 

It's a strange little pocket on the edge of town and there aren't any other stores nearby. So what else could go into the corner store at 4050 Glenview Rd.?

A Starbucks? Maybe a small, take-out pizza place? What about a bike shop for riders who need some help along the trail?
