Kids Care Food Drive to Benefit Northfield Township Food Pantry
CHARACTER COUNTS! in Glenview and our local schools will be having the 5th annual community canned food drive during Character Counts Week, which is October 22 - 26.
The students of District 34, Our Lady of Perpetual Help and District 30 are coming together in conjunction with Character Counts week to collect food items to be donated to the Northfield Township Food Pantry.
Items of great need are: pancake mix and syrup, pasta sauce, juice, coffee, tea, snacks for kids, peanut butter, jelly, cereal, oatmeal, macaroni and cheese, canned vegetables and fruit, rice, instant mashed potatoes, and paper goods. (Please check expiration dates.)
Drop boxes will be located in each school.
