"Christmas Wonderland" Holiday Faire

DECEMBER 1 -- SS. PETER & PAUL “CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND” HOLIDAY FAIRE


 The Ladies Philoptochos Society of Saints Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church in Glenview hosts its “Christmas Wonderland” Holiday Faire on Saturday, December 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The annual event features a buffet lunch of Greek cuisine from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. (children’s menu and carry-outs also available). Enjoy a Coffee Shop beverage with delicious Greek pastries and other treats – all baked by the ladies of Philoptochos – while sitting around the beautiful “Christmas Wonderland” tree. Check out the local artisans and vendors, as well as the silent auction, to find great options for holiday gift giving. A new offering this year features caricature drawings by a popular artist. The children’s “Candy Cane Room” will provide goody bags and fun from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a visit from Santa and photo opportunities from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. It all takes place at the church, 1401 Wagner Rd.
