Sawbridge Studios Celebrates its 20th Anniversary

On Saturday, March 2, Sawbridge Studios will open its doors to celebrate its 20th anniversary. “Two Decades of Dedication” will highlight the craft movement in America with special appearances and trunk shows by some of the studio’s most popular artists. Sawbridge Studios represents some of the finest craftsmen in the country, with every single piece in the showroom handpicked for its design and beauty. In honor of its 20th anniversary, Sawbridge Studios will donate a portion of the proceeds from the weekend's sales (including website orders) to the American Craft Exposition (ACE) which raises funds for breast and ovarian cancer research and care at NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore).

The event will feature trunk shows by popular North Shore artisans including: Marie Roth of Long Grove (reclaimed barn wood historical American flags), Dennis O'Malley of Wilmette (water-colored etchings of Chicago points of interest) and furniture craftsman, Zachary Harms of Cicero (live-edge furniture from rescued Chicago-area trees.)

15% of all proceeds from the weekend’s sales will benefit The Auxiliary of NorthShore University HealthSystem’s American Craft Exposition, which raises funds to support pioneering research being conducted at NorthShore that is already showing promising results in preventing ovarian cancer in at-risk women.
