Tai Chi Fitness Sampler
Join instructor Maxine Kitts of the Taoist Tai Chi Society®, internal arts of health. Tai Chi incorporates stretching and turning within a sequence of movements that improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. Sample this ancient practice that can reduce tension, improve circulation and balance, while increasing strength and flexibility. Wear comfortable clothes; limit 30 participants. A partner program with the Glenview Park District.
