Thanksgiving Craft Community Service Project
We invite families with children of all ages to come to the Book Market and help make wonderful Autumn decorations that will be delivered along with the food baskets Thanksgiving morning.
Every year, the Volunteer Center of Northeast Metro Chicago hosts a collection of Harvest Baskets for low-income families in the East Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. These baskets full of food are delivered on Thanksgiving morning. In collaboration with this volunteer center event, Creatively Caring will be hosting this craft event.
Crafts will include hanging door scrolls, flowers, corn napkin holders, pumpkin centerpieces and fall cards!
