Get rid of any notion that yoga is only for the already fit and flexible. Anyone can enjoy the many benefits of yoga, including increased strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. This class is uniquely designed for individuals of all walks of life and fitness levels to relax and unwind, even if you have common limitations like arthritis, high blood pressure, chronic pain. Our senior yoga guru and instructor, Rhonda Schlesinger, accommodates individual needs through the use of chairs, blocks, bolsters and other props. Registration is $75 member; $89 non-member.
