The Philoptochos Society of Saints Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church in Glenview hosts its "Christmas Wonderland" Holiday Faire Saturday, December 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A luncheon of homemade Greek cuisine will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with children's menu and carry-outs available). Enjoy a Coffee Shoppe beverage and delicious, home-baked pastries and treats around the beautiful "Christmas Wonderland" tree. Local artisans and vendors will offer many great options for holiday gift giving. Santa will visit from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. The event takes place at the church, 1401 Wagner Rd, (at Lake Ave.) General admission - $2; children and students - no charge.
