Events Support Those Facing Infertility During National Infertility Awareness Week

Fertility Centers of Illinois hosts events to support those with infertility during National Infertility Awareness Week (4/21-28).

In honor of National Infertility Awareness Week on April 21-27, Fertility Centers of Illinois is hosting local and online events to build awareness and support the infertility community.

Infertility affects 7.3 million women in the United States, and one in seven couples. Through proactive community outreach, couples and individuals who want to grow their families can be empowered to make educated decisions with family planning.

“Infertility can be a trying experience, but knowledge and support can help couples navigate the process,” says Dr. Meike Uhler with Fertility Centers of Illinois. “No one goes through this journey alone, and it is important to reach out to the resources and communities available for support.”
