Four New Businesses Opening in the Glen

MOOYAH Burgers Fries & Shakes, The Curragh Traditional Irish Pub, Pinot's Palette and Mingle Juice Shop are all opening soon in the Glen Town Center.

A burger chain, Irish pub, wine-and-art franchise, and a juice shop are all opening soon in the Glen Town Center, according to Crain's Chicago Business.

New leases for MOOYAH Burgers Fries & Shakes, The Curragh Traditional Irish Pub, Pinot's Palette, Mingle Juice Shop as well as two stores from the former owners of Stella + Grace will bring the 267,000 square-foot center's total occupancy to 90 percent, Crain's reports

Receivership firm RE|Solutions took over the Glen Town Center this January after it fell into foreclosure.  
MOOYAH is a Texas-based fast-casual franchise that specializes in burgers and shakes and also offers vegetarian options, according to the company website. There are no other locations in Illinois.

The Curragh currently operates two restaurants in Skokie and Edison Park, where the menu includes traditional Irish cuisine as well as sandwiches and other American fare. 
On the healthy side, Mingle Juice Shop will serve juices and smoothies and is planning to open in early 2014, according to the business's Facebook page.

Pinot's Palette is a franchise that will offer painting classes, wine tastings and food in a studio atmosphere, according to owner Mari Sokolowski. She said she hopes to open her business in early 2014. 
While Stella + Grace closed last summer, former co-owner Grace Yoon opened up her own boutique not long afterwards, according to the Glenview AnnouncementsCalled Ella Louvi, the store carries original designs by Yoon as well as small designer brands, the Announcements reports.
Yoon's former partner, Stella Chun, opened Stella315 in April, according to the boutique's Facebook page
