Glenview Man Charged With Unlawful Use of a Weapon
John Reynolds, 20, of the 1600 block of Meadow Lane in Glenview, was arrested and charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a bludgeon, at 10:40 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, in the 900 block of Kenilworth Lane, police reported.

Glenview Man Arrested For Speeding With Child Unsecured in Car
Flavio Rangel, 26, of the 4200 block of Central Road in Glenview, was arrested on multiple charges at 8:53 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, in the 900 block of Huber Lane, according to police. He was charged with driving without a valid license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failing to properly secure a child and speeding 15 to 20 miles per hour over the limit.

Schaumburg Man Charged With Assaulting Family Member
A 28-year-old Schaumburg man was arrested and charged with assault following an investigation of a battery complaint made by a family member at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, police reported.

Northbrook Man Charged With DUI After Car Accident
Kyung S. Kwak, 77, of the 1900 block of Landwehr Road in Northbrook, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 10:47 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, police reported.

Wheeling Man Charged With DUI
Alexander Benisin, 26, of the 1500 block of Chippewa Trail in Wheeling, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:34 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road, according to police.
