Shred Old Sensitive Documents for Free June 7

Free Document Shredding Offered June 7 at Maine Township

 

On Saturday, June 7, 2014, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, Maine Township will be hosting a free document shredding event in the Township Town Hall parking lot, 1700 Ballard Rd., Park Ridge.

Opportunity Secure Data Destruction Co., a division of Glenkirk Enterprises, will perform the document shredding. You will be able to view the shredding via a television monitor located on the side of the truck.

“We are helping residents destroy no longer needed documents at the same time helping the disabled who are employed by the shredding company," says Carol A. Teschky, Supervisor of Maine Township.

 

 

Shredding is limited to three small grocery-type bags so as to allow all residents the opportunity to participate in this event.
