Chicago Men Arrested for February Theft
Two Northbrook women were also arrested in separate theft cases.
Resist / Obstruct Police
Blake Z. Terman, 31, of Northbrook, was arrested in the 1700 block of Tower Dr. April 11 at 9:30 p.m. and charged with Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. He was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a court date set for May 6.
Theft

Luis Torreblanca, 26, and Marvin Rebolledo, 29, both of Chicago, were arrested April 9 at 9:15 a.m. in Northbrook, and each charged with Theft after an investigation of an incident which occurred on Feb. 10 in the 100 block of Princeton Ln. Torreblanca was being held pending transport to bond hearing and Rebolledo was being held pending posting of bond.
Retail Theft

Dorina Anitei, 46, of Northbrook, was arrested April 9 at 3:45 p.m. in the 1900 block of Tower Dr. and charged with Retail Theft. She was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a court date of May 9.
Theft / Warrant
Karla Montanez, 35, of Northbrook, was arrested April 10 at 9:45 p.m. in the 3200 block of Sanders Rd. after an investigation of a theft which occurred on April 9 in the 1400 block of Milwaukee Ave. She was charged with Theft and for a Bond Forfeiture Warrant from the Cook County Sheriff’s Police. She was being held pending transport to bond court.
No Valid Driver’s License
Rogelio Ramos-Hernandez, 29, of Wheeling, was arrested April 8 at 3:45 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Lake Ave. and charged with No Valid Driver’s License and Fail to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. He was released on a $1,500 D-Bond with a court date of May 6.
Latrice George, 33, of Skokie, was arrested April 9 at 11:30 p.m. in the 4500 block of West Lake Ave. and charged with No Valid driver’s License and No Rear Registration Plate Light. She was released on a $1,500 I-Bond with a court date of May 20.
